Her position entails overseeing daily accounting functions and the production of monthly management accounts. In 2008, Ms. Bailey earned an AAT qualification. She holds 10 general certificates of secondary education and RSA qualifications, and has taken various adhoc training courses. Ms. Bailey serves as a chair of her AAT branch and a member of Cheshire Communicators. Looking toward the future, she aims to hone her presentation skills, launch her own Continual Professional Development/Career Coaching Service and become a council member of the AAT.
