Ms. Mirisis plans to open her own studio and increase her client base
MALBA, NY, September 26, 2011 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Aphrodite Mirisis, Yoga and Holistic Life Coach for Metamorphosis - MindBodyBalance, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in life coaching.
Ms. Mirisis started her company a year ago after attending a stretch yoga class, which made her very interested in yoga and holistic life coaching. She is dedicated to teaching effective yoga techniques to clients and creating a safe exercise environment. In addition, she handles client support, maintains strong client relations, oversees the company's finances, and directs all sales and marketing efforts. Metamorphosis - MindBodyBalance is a yoga studio and life coach center that provides yoga exercise and holistic life coaching services. Ms. Mirisis teaches four classes per week.
She is Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Holistic Life Coach, and a Certified Medical Transcriptionist, and has taken courses at Queens College. Ms. Mirisis is also a member of IDEA Health & Fitness Association.
