William Clemons Sr. Plays In The Key Of Stanford Who's Who
Stanford Who's Who welcomes William Clemons Sr. to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his magnificent work in the Music Industry.
GLENDALE, AZ, August 13, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes William Clemons Sr. to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his magnificent work in the Music Industry. As Director of His Maestro Ministries for the past 3 years, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. Clemons has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
His Maestro Ministries, The Glory Band is dedicated to helping students praise God through excellence in music and to preparing the student to grow in their musical ability. They seek to provide competent classroom and private musical instruction for home school students. Their vision is to educate upon the premise of sound Christian principles and encourage each student to be diligent in learning in order to further the Kingdom of God and bring honor to His name.
William also serves as Band Leader, playing the soprano and alto saxophone with the Jubal Saxophone Quartet. He is also currently the Director of Instrumental Music at Southwestern College. Mr. Clemons is a retired United States Marine Corps Band Director who has performed before numerous Heads of state and five Presidents in his career. He has also taught at the Virginia Governor's School for the Arts at Old Dominion University, Norfolk State University, Young Musicians of Virginia, Northwest Christian School, and Young Musicians of Arizona, LLC.
During his collegiate career, William earned a Master's degree in Music Education from Norfolk University and a Bachelor of Music degree from SUNY Albany. He is a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Mr. Clemons is also a former member of the National Band Association and Arizona Music Education Association.
