As Owner and Director of Reconcile Conflict Education and Mediation for the past 6 years, as well as throughout his brilliant career, Philip has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Reconcile Conflict Education and Mediation is a company that provides clients with conflict resolution and conflict management services. They offer to transform potential negative situations which occur in organizations, schools, companies and neighborhoods into opportunities for mutual gain and positive change through their mediation, counseling, coaching and workshops.
Mr. Ahern utilizes his experience as a high school teacher, career counselor, personal and relationship counselor, mediator and adult educator in running the business. During his collegiate career, he earned a Bachelor of Education degree, Graduate Diploma in Social Science and a Master's degree in Conflict Management from the University of South Australia. Philip serves as Area Governor of Area 7 District 73 for Toastmasters International.
