Bert Leonardo McCargo Pursues Careers in Two Different Fields
Bert McCargo is a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces
WEST MEMPHIS, AR, July 6, 2011 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Bert L. McCargo has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in his career.
Recently inducted as a VIP member of Cambridge Who's Who, Mr. McCargo has pursued careers in two disparate disciplines. On the one hand a counselor, he specializes in working with adults, and delights in his role of providing them with the guidance they need as they make their way in the world. This same altruistic spirit defines Mr. McCargo's second venture as well. As an aspiring HVAC technician, he devotes his time to assisting the elderly and the less fortunate with the installation and maintenance of air conditioners and heaters. Mr. McCargo attributes the success that he has enjoyed in his two different fields of endeavor to his ability to work with people in any setting.
Mr. McCargo is pursuing a Master of Arts in religion and holds a Bachelor of Arts in criminology, with a minor in sociology and African-American studies, which he earned in 1977. Upon graduation, he operated a juvenile detention center in Terre Haute, Ind. He is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He looks forward to completing his studies and becoming a certified heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technician, as well as continuing to work in ministry, which he feels is God's calling upon his life and his ability to help others.
