Mary F. Lubner Included in Distinguished Registry

Mary Lubner has studied taekwondo for more than 25 years and is a fifth-degree black belt

CEDARBURG, WI, May 17, 2011 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Mary Lubner, Retired Elementary Physical Education Teacher, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.

Retired after a successful 35-year career in education, Ms. Lubner entered the field under the inspiration of her mother. She was raised in a very small farming community in Wisconsin and accepted a teaching position in a suburb of Milwaukee after earning her baccalaureate degree. She subsequently taught there for 35 years! She taught up to eight classes each day, prepared lesson plans, graded students, and supervised playgrounds. She was also a union representative.

Attributing her success to her early association with 4-H, Ms. Lubner remains active with the youth organization. She belongs to the county board of the 4-H Leader's Association and has chaperoned groups to areas such as South Korea, as well as hosted foreign chaperons from similar organizations. A fifth-degree black belt with more than 20 years of experience in taekwondo, she is also a member of the United States Taekwondo Association, the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, The Ozaukee County Retired Teachers, the North Shore Unit Educators, and the Wisconsin Retired Educators' Association. In the years to come, Ms. Lubner intends to continue her volunteer efforts and visit all 50 states and Antarctica.
