Remarkable Admiral Rises To The Ranks Of Stanford Who's Who
Admiral Panagiotis Kikareas, PhD has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding professional career.
ORLANDO, FL, March 10, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Admiral Panagiotis Kikareas, PhD has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding professional career. As Founder and President of Hellenic Aspis and Associates Inc., as well as throughout his incredible 40 years of service, Peter has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Established in 2001, Hellenic Aspis and Associates Inc. was originally formed to undertake a contract with the Greek government for the preparation of the security of Greece during the Athens 2004 Olympics. Since that time, many activities, alliances and projects have been realized and the organization has become internationally recognized as a leader.
Admiral Kikareas has served for 37 years with the Hellenic Navy and the National and NATO defense alliance from many operational strategic and project management assignments. He was the Project Manager, working with MITRE Corp., for the design of the First Naval C4 I System as well as the creator of the Naval Automated Surveillance System.
During his collegiate career, Admiral Kikareas earned a PhD in Business Management from Wexford University; a Master's degree in Operations Research from Cranfield University; and a Bachelor's degree from the Naval Academy. He is also a Certified Master Terrorist Specialist. Admiral Kikareas serves as President of the World Foundation for Peace and Security. He is a strong military thinker and an expert in global security who has advised world leaders for better communication.
