Roger's approach is to look at the health of his client's manufacturing process and leverage what is working well to strengthen those areas that are under performing. Mr. Dickey is highly skilled in the areas of Production Throughput Improvement using TPM/LEAN Manufacturing Principles; Hourly Associate Work Team development and training to create ownership of daily work performance; Salaried Associate Leadership Development Training to help drive continuous improvement initiatives; Financial Management Training for line supervisors and managers to help drive better understanding of the core business activity; and SAP Project Management from the approved blue print code development and I/T technical interface to end user training and system deployment.
During his educational career, Roger earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management from Westminster College. Mr. Dickey is an experienced Manufacturing Operator, Plant Manager, Mid Manager, Supervisor, and Senior Manager. In the time away from his busy schedule, he greatly enjoys reading, working out, golfing, and traveling.
