Monty Rainey Resides In The Ranks Of Stanford Who's Who

As an Area Manager with Sovran Self Storage Inc., as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. Rainey has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision and perseverance necessary to be successful in the business world.
Sovran Self Storage Inc. is a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust that acquires and manages self-storage properties. The company owns and/or operates more than 400 self-storage facilities encompassing over 20 million square feet, making it one of the largest self-storage companies in the United States. Sovran operates its stores under the trade name Uncle Bob's Self Storage , and serves over 160,000 customers in 25 states.
Mr. Rainey is responsible for overseeing $125 million in commercial assets, 21 properties and 47 direct reports. He has over 20 years of business management, training and coaching experience and has served as Chairman of the Junto Society, a 501 (C)3 non-profit, since 2002. Monty also works with a few small companies each year to enhance their business, which includes training on hiring the right people, culture development, streamlining production process, and personal and leadership coaching.
During his collegiate career, Monty earned a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is a member of the Toastmaster's Club 1722. In his spare time, Mr. Rainey has a wedding ministry in which he gives pre-marital and marriage coaching and officiates between 10-20 weddings per year.
