As Owner of Working Wisdom, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Jen has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Working Wisdom is a company which provides organizational change management services, helping clients to build solid workplace relationships, leading to increased efficiency and productivity. The company is focused on customer service, working with clients in the public sector. They work closely with clients to craft learning programs that fit their specific needs.
Jen possesses extensive expertise in helping organizations to change their culture. In addition to running Working Wisdom, she serves as an Associate of the Partnership Resource Centre and an Associate Team Member of Working Wise. During her collegiate career, Jen earned a Diploma in Teaching. She is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, for which she also acts as a Mentor.
