Jane Buttery Joins The Prestigious Ranks Of Stanford Who's Who
Stanford Who's Who announces the addition of Jane Buttery to the distinguished ranks of leading professionals as a result of her phenomenal work in the Publishing Industry.
HARROW, ON, CANADA, November 3, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who announces the addition of Jane Buttery to the distinguished ranks of leading professionals as a result of her phenomenal work in the Publishing Industry. As an Author and Owner of Truelight Treasures, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Jane has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Jane is a retired elementary school teacher with over 20 years of experience in the field, who has been writing books for 18 years. She has written more than fifteen biographies for different people in Essex County, Ontario. Jane enjoys meeting people who are interested in writing their own life stories and she takes great delight in the opportunity to assist them in doing so. Her desire to help others has also led her to be actively involved in her own church and as a volunteer for The Hospice of Windsor.
Jane has also written 4 picture books for young children as well as 3 novels for older children. Because of her belief that children are encouraged to read about places and events where they have had first-hand experiences, many of her books are about her home county of Essex. Jane also believes that children should be challenged as well as entertained. As a retired teacher, she loves to visit classrooms to talk about how books are made and how students can be inspired to write.
During her collegiate career, Jane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Southampton in England, graduating with Honors; and a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Windsor in Canada. She is a member of the South Coast Writers Centre.
