Alex Gintan Associates is a South African based company which also operates internationally, providing Risk Management, Legal Compliance Audits, Disaster Management planning and coordination, Risk Assessments, and Occupational Health and Safety services. They serve the needs of clients in the Commercial, Retail and Industrial sectors, with a Unique Specialist Division servicing the Events Industry, adding value and benefiting their customers through the achievement of compliance in their organizations and obtaining regulatory permissions and authority to stage their events.
Mr. Luthuli is the co-owner of the company. Gift represents the company as the OHSE Service provider to the Panel of Consultants for the Johannesburg Development Agency. He was responsible for the provision and management of OHSE Safety Officers in Space Station Interiors for LTA Grinaker from 2009-2010. Mr. Luthuli was also involved in the development of Risk Assessments, Safe Working Procedures and Induction Training Manuals for Trident Steel in 2008.
During his collegiate career, Gift earned a National Diploma in Information Technology from the AGA Training Academy and a Diploma in Disaster Management from the University of South Africa. He is a member of the Disaster Management Institute of Southern Africa and part of the Event Management Body of Knowledge.
