Allen to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his remarkable work in the Religious Services Industry. As Pastor of Mustard Seed Baptist Church for the past 25 years, Robert has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Mustard Seed Baptist Church is a Christian ministry devoted to spreading the Word of God and providing outreach assistance to those in need. They offer scheduled church services, an internet prayer line, a radio talk show, town to town ministry, youth services and outreach, missionary activities and community outreach.
Pastor Allen has an incredible ability to see value in every person. He works with teenagers to help them overcome their problems and is dedicated to giving those who were incarcerated hope and a second chance. Pastor Allen continuously offers new ministries to the church's outreach programs.
During his educational career, Robert earned a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Conroe College in 1982. Pastor Allen is a member of the All Saints Association. He participates in missionary activities for the Kenya Orphanage, as well as food and clothing donations to a women's organization in Germany called the Annual Brides of Christ Re-Dedication. Pastor Allen is also the Founder of the 2nd Chance to Life Association. In addition, he lectures at numerous schools.
