Mr. Fabick has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, performing duties from bedside nursing to department director responsibilities for a department of 100. He has served as a project manager for projects totaling $7 million with a track record for completing these ahead of schedule and under budget. As a corporate course director, he had responsibility for course design and implementation for 15 facilities and 9000 employees.
During his educational career, Douglas earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Missouri State University and a Master's degree in Organizational Management focusing in Adult Education from Tusculum College. Mr. Fabick is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the American Heart Association, and the United Way.
