National Association of Virtual Assistants for Coaches (NAVAC) Kicks-Off 2011 Membership Drive, Jan. 26.

National Association of Virtual Assistants for Coaches (NAVAC) provide business development workshops, mentors and accountability partners, community service and support activities, and a variety of technology and customer service skills training.

    FAYETTEVILLE, NC, January 24, 2011 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- National Association of Virtual Assistants for Coaches (NAVAC), an exclusive Fayetteville, NC-based learning center and incubator association for the virtual assistant who supports coaches or wants to add coaches to her target market, kicks off its new membership drive for 2011 on January 26.

The event is starts January 26 with free webinars at three different times. "At 9:00 am ET, we will be sharing 5 Ways to Take More Money to the Bank; at 2:00 pm ET, we will be sharing 5 Ways to Land Your Next Coach; and at 7:00 pm ET, we will be sharing 5 Ways to Gain Experience as a Coaches VA," announced Kim Gray, Founder and CEO.

Each webinar will be featuring a specific membership track and speak to that specific audience.

According to Mrs. Gray, each membership track includes facilitator-led workshops, skills development training, business toolkits, and accountability partners.

"This is a totally new approach to how we build our business, because this is the only membership program of its kind and it's exclusively geared towards virtual assistants who offer support to coaches," said Kim. The organization was established to specifically address each phase of a virtual assistant's business - from planning to sustaining the business.

Kim added that, NAVAC is founded on the principles of their six-foot spoon theory and concept where each person can be fed and feed others. NAVAC's aim is to fully support the efforts of the VA by providing business development workshops, mentors and accountability partners, community service and support activities, and a variety of technology and customer service skills training.

According to Kim Gray, there is no doubt that virtual assistants from all industries will be interested in their membership program, but NAVAC is specifically designed for those who support coaches.

Why is NAVAC important for virtual assistants who support coaches? "Coaches want to be supported in building a successful business. They need a Coaches VA who understands the industry, how the coaching model works, has depth of experience and knowledge in setting up systems that work for coaches, and knows how to use social media effectively," noted Kim.
