PORTLAND, OR, September 28, 2010 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Laurie T. Senders, Ph.D., Life and Learning Skills Coach, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in educational services.
With a background in both the educational and mental health fields, Laurie T. Senders, Ph.D. established her consultancy over five years ago. She parlays 17 years of professional experience into her position, serving as a life and ADHD coach as needed by adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. She notes that she enjoys being in a position to help those who otherwise believed themselves to be beyond help. In addition to her perseverance, she credits her success to being there for her clients, providing 360 degrees of support and working in a step-by-step manner to help her individuals face challenges.
Dr. Senders earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1990. She holds a master's degree in psychology from the same institution and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Mills College. Her professional affiliations include the Oregon Psychological Association and Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD). Moving forward, Dr. Senders intends to expand her practice and hold seminars, teleclasses, presentations and workshops about living skills and executive skills, especially time management, organizational prioritizing and social interaction.
