Joyce is the founder of the company. She is responsible for training and staff development as well as developing innovative programs. Joyce has been a classroom teacher, a college instructor, and a district administrator. She is also an author of many teacher resources and she often acts as a keynote speaker and session presenter at IESS conferences.
During her educational career, Joyce earned her undergraduate degree in Education from Earlham College and a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Children's Special Needs at Michigan State University. She serves on the Board of Directors for Crosby Directors and Precise Educational Partnership.
