As Human Resources Manager of Northalta Family Day Care Services Ltd. she has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision and diligence necessary to be among the best.
Northalta Day Care Services was established in 1985, with the purpose of providing quality, personalized child care. They strive to accommodate the needs of parents looking for quality childcare, and caregivers looking to establish a rewarding career. Each one of their caregivers are involved in active training of one form or another, depending on what skills they would like to enhance. This improves the childcare by increasing the Caregivers confidence, as they are constantly updating their knowledge of child development.
Northalta is contracted with Region 6 Child and Family Services Authority to provide quality childcare in a private home setting. Their agency is in good standing in the community and they work in partnership with many community agencies to enhance quality childcare to local children and families within the Edmonton Region. Their philosophy is that the child should be provided with a positive environment that meets the needs of the child and is consistent with community standards and available resources.
As Human Resources Manager, Roisin is responsible for recruitment, payroll, promotional advertising, customer service, addresses and investigations. During her educational career, she received a post secondary degree in Childhood Education. She is a member of the American Association on Health and Disability and is a Child Care Work Shop Provider.
