Trained originally in information technology, Laura A. Cruz is best noted for her skills in business analysis, project management, operations, installation, and tech support. She draws on her extensive IT experience in her pharmaceutical work for Medco. In her current position, she is responsible for managing accounts, addressing client issues, directing the accounts team, conducting business analyses, and managing long-term projects. Ms. Cruz has devoted most of her 18-year career to Medco, a dynamic company in a fast-paced industry. Ms. Cruz earned her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in 1988 from William Patterson University. She is affiliated with Women Unlimited LEAD Alumni Network and was recently honored by Cambridge Who's Who as a 2009 Professional of the Year in Account Management. In five years, she aspires to become a senior manager in pharmacy benefit management.
