TAMPA, FL, March 18, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Paul A. D'Agostino has been recognized by Stanford Who's Who as a result of his spectacular work in the Social Services Industry. The Child Abuse Council is a private, nonprofit agency which provides prevention, education and treatment programs to assist children and strengthen families. Since its establishment in 1977, the Child Abuse Council has been working towards its mission to stop abuse that is occurring, prevent abuse before it occurs and rebuild the child and family after abuse. Through their programs, parents receive hands-on training, support and the information needed to face the many challenges and pleasures of raising healthy, happy and well adjusted children.

Specially designed treatment programs offer abused and neglected children loving, therapeutic care while their parents receive intensive training and counseling. Education and prevention programs offer services such as home visits, workshops, support groups and developmental playgroups to engage families early on to help parents enhance their parenting skills, as well as their children's physical, social and intellectual development.

He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, Blue Ridge Institute for Community Service Executives and the Harrell Center for the Study of Violence.
