Robert is a management consultant and executive/personal life coach who provides legal services for matters of labor arbitration and speaks all over Canada on advocacy issues. During his educational career, he graduated from Ontario Police College in 1971. Mr. Fitches is a member of the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police. In the time away from his busy schedule, he greatly enjoys snowmobiling.
