Zaretzky shares his insight on daily challenges associated with ADHD and bipolar disorder. According to Zaretzky, these conditions are not "disorders" at all. Ken Zaretzky has been both gifted and challenged with ADD. In his professional life, he focuses on helping individuals set realistic goals and meet the unique difficulties of living with ADD.
