Juanita E. Springate has built a long-standing reputation in the academe as a consultant, teacher, and mentor. Noted for her expertise in early childhood education, she lends her talents to The Family Conservancy, a non-profit organization committed to assisting families and developing early childhood professionals, and to Johnson County Community College, where she conducts leadership classes for potential childhood directors.
