Additionally, she holds certifications in coaching, which she received from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, in emotional intelligence, which she received from Genos, and in project management, which she received from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Ms. Wallace is a member of the International Coach Federation.
