Julie Robinson facilitates business growth with commercial and cultural consulting services
SURREY, UK, June 6, 2009 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Julie Robinson, Business Coach for ShirlawsPty Ltd., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of business coaching.
As a Business Coach for Shirlaws Pty Ltd, Julie Robinson helps organizations to grow and bridge the gap between the commercial and cultural. She has been responsible for developing branded customer services, overseeing customer relationships, leadership and change management, leading and managing large teams on multiple sites, managing multichannel contact centers and customer retention, organizing wide programs including Prince2 practitioner programs and project management. Ms Robinson worked with Richard Branson to develop and deliver the branded customer experience that has been a key element of the Virgin Atlantic style and success. She has spent 27 years in customer services operations, seven as a director, and was also a non-executive director with Plane Handling Ltd. Currently she is sharing her knowledge and experiences through business coaching, facilitating workshops and speaking events.
Ms. Robinson completed coursework in strategic planning at Cranfield University and coursework in social sciences at The Open University. She holds a certification in psychology of leadership, coaching and change management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Prince2 practitioner certification and a certification in management studies from Worthing College. She is an Associate Member of the Academy of Service Excellence and is affiliated with the Travel & Tourism Forum of Link'N, and serves as a fundraiser for the Children's Society. Ms. Robinson would like to become a partner, continue to help grow the organization and develop coaching platforms to help individuals in their businesses and personal lives achieve their goals of profitability, efficiency, staff commitment and team building.
