Industry Leader Susan M. Hamada Added to the Cambridge Who's Who Network

Susan M. Hamada noted for possessing 17 years of experience in special education

SAN JOSE, CA, June 9, 2009 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Susan M. Hamada, Special Education Teacher for Alum Rock Union Elementary School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of education.

Ms. Hamada excels in teaching language arts and special education, and is responsible for teaching preschool autistic children by using different methods in a structured environment. Despite the lack of support from the district administration, she has been empowered to write her own curriculum using the Integrated Thematic Instruction Model by Susan Kovalik and S'cool Moves by Debra Wilson, which has shown promising results with the children. She also has 17 years experience teaching deaf and hard of hearing children.

Ms. Hamada believes that planning and discipline outweigh methods and evaluation. She also feels that planning and discipline would enable her to prepare and determine the requirement of students with special needs whilst methods and evaluation are important to evaluate the students.

Ms. Hamada earned her Master of Arts in Communication with concentration in deaf education from the California State University at Fresno in 1984 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the California State University at Fresno in 1981. She has been recognized by Who's Who Among American Teachers and volunteers with local charitable organizations.
