Edward Gavin Recognized for Excellence in Consulting

Cambridge Who's Who honors Edward Gavin for demonstrated industry leadership

    WILMINGTON, DE, June 5, 2009 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Edward Gavin, Principal at NachmanHaysBrownstein, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of consulting.

With 10 years of professional experience, Mr. Gavin focuses his business on secured, unsecured and trade creditor rights, bankruptcy and corporate reorganization, assignments for benefit of creditors, and turnaround for distressed borrowers and companies. As a principal, he is responsible for overseeing the advisory creditors services group, financial advising and restructuring for secured and unsecured insolvent companies, and managing service sales and cases. Mr. Gavin was listed as one among the "12 Businesspeople Making Their Mark" by People to Watch in 2006 and was featured in the "Turnarounds & Workouts Newsletter." Prior to joining NachmanHaysBrownstein, he worked for a small company that needed restructuring. Mr. Gavin assisted in the process and pursued it as a career. He attributes his success to his ability to find opportunities to increase value for all stakeholders.

Mr. Gavin received his Bachelor's Degree in Business and Information Systems through the University of Phoenix in 2000 and has been a certified turnaround professional since 2002. A Lifetime and Century Council Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, he is affiliated with the Turnaround Management Association, the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. In 2007, he was awarded with the Best of ABI Honors for Panel from the American Bankruptcy Institute. He volunteers for Menzfit and the Southern Poverty Law Center, and serves as an International Advisory Board Member for the Frederic Remington Art Museum.
