Dr. David E. Mullen Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Dr. David E. Mullen celebrates 35 years in psychology
SARASOTA, FL, June 9, 2009 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Dr. David E. Mullen, a Licensed Couple and Family Therapist in private practice, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of counseling services.
With 35 years of experience in his field, Dr. David E. Mullen specializes in couples and individual therapy, clinical hypnosis and positive psychology. As a licensed couple and family therapist, he is responsible for treating adolescents and adults and conducting national workshops. Dr. Mullen also teaches two to three courses per semester on the college and graduate level and is the author of "Living your Strengths: A Positive Psychology Approach." Originally, he attended divinity school but found his niche in clinical psychotherapy and pursued his Ph.D. He attributes his success to his hard work and his willingness to use his skills to benefit others.
Dr. Mullen received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate Institute in 1987 and is a member of the Florida Society of Clinical Hypnosis. A Diplomate of the American Psychotherapy Association, he is also affiliated with the American Psychological Association, the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology. He hopes to continue his practice and write another book.
