Dr. Deborah J. Grefe Honored by Cambridge Who's Who

School Principal is Proud to Work in a District Known for High Standards

    RANDOLPH, NJ, April 17, 2009 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Dr. Deborah J. Grefe, Principal for Randolph Township Schools, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of school administration.

Inducted by Cambridge Who's Who as a VIP member in 2007, Dr. Grefe is proud to lend her talents to one of the challenging school districts in her area. As a bilingual principal, she is responsible primarily for ensuring a safe, secure and conducive environment for students and faculty to excel, serving as an educational leader, managing the school building, and maintaining clear communications with the diverse learning community. Dr. Grefe considers raising her school's test scores by 30 percent during her tenure to be the highlight of her career to date. She was honored with the Administrator of the Year Award in 1997.

Dr. Grefe received her D.Litt. from Drew University, her Master of Science from Kean University, and her Bachelor of Science from Mansfield University. She is the president of the Randolph Township Administrative Association and of the church council of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. She is also a member of the New Jersey Principal and Supervisor Association (NJPSA), the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD), and previously served as president of the Morris County Association of Elementary & Middle School Administrators. Dr. Grefe received a grant from the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation in 2005, was awarded International Dyslexia Association "Literacy for All" in 2007, was featured in the Drew University Graduate Application Booklet in 2007, and was featured in The New York Times article "No Child Left Behind? Say it in Spanish" in 2007.
