Donald C. Chadwick, Ph.D. Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry
He is the first person in his family to attend college.
JACKSBORO, TN, March 12, 2009 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Dr. Donald C. Chadwick, a Christian Counseling Therapist, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of counseling.
With 30 years of experience in his field, Dr. Chadwick specializes in wedding and pre-marital counseling. He also provides counseling for divorcing and divorced couples. After going through a divorce himself, which disallowed him from becoming pastor of a church, he went into counseling so he could help people going through a similar ordeal. The first person in his family to attend college, Dr. Chadwick served in the United States Navy for 20 years and worked in food service management and as a maintenance mechanic for a stove company for 11 years. For the past 15 years, he has been performing services at military funerals and filling in for the chaplain delivering eulogies as a member of the Campbell County Honor Guard. The Guard performs military funerals and interments for all veterans featuring eight flags, a seven-rifle firing squad, the playing of taps, and the presentation of the folded American flag to the next of kin free of charge. Dr. Chadwick is also a Gideon who speaks at different churches to gain support and gives Bibles to hotels, schools, nursing homes and doctors' offices. He actively supports the American Cancer Society.
Dr. Chadwick received his Ph.D. in Pastoral Christian Education from Christian Bible College in 2007, his Master's Degree in Christian Counseling from Christian Bible College in 2005 and his Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Christian Education from Moody Bible Institute in 1978. He hopes to continue counseling and helping people.
