GERMANTOWN, MD, November 1, 2008 /Coaching - Mentoring PR News/ -- Michelle M. Mach, Instructional Program Specialist for Longview School, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of education.
With 29 years of professional experience, Ms. Mach specializes in adapted physical education and school administration. As an instructional program specialist, she implements educational programs for severe and profoundly disabled students, provides staff development, analyzes performance data and observes and analyzes staff performance to increase student achievement. She also manages the budget, collaborates with the local community, writes grants, and serves as a resource to the school system and community. Ms. Mach loves working with children and making a positive difference in their lives. She attributes her success to her perseverance, love of learning and to the support she receives from her fellow teachers.
Ms. Mach received her Master's Degree in Physical Education, plus 90, from Adelphi University in 1984. She is a national board certified teacher and holds an administrator level II certification. She is a member of the Maryland State Teachers Association, the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. She volunteers for the local parent-teacher association and as a coach for youth sports teams.
